Complaints Procedure
We take your treatment seriously and endeavor to meet with all your requirements, however if you are not satisfied with our level of care or service then we have a complaints procedure in place.
Emergencies
In the event of an out-of-hours dental emergency where a patient is in pain, advise can be obtained by calling the NHS Direct number – 111.
